Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Catalysts Handling Services 1. Tender brief of work - The contractor is tasked with the initial catalyst filling throughout the entire plant in PMB. - Responsible for catalyst loading, unloading, replacement, screening and cleaning of reactors in each device within the plant. - The Contractor must possess the requisite experience and qualifications to operate in an oxygen-free and high-temperature environment. - Contractor is responsible for all necessary primary and auxiliary materials and any other special tools and equipment (including protective gears) required for the work. - Contractor is accountable for providing appropriate qualified workforce essential for executing the service. - In adherence to Hengyi-s policies and the pertinent laws and regulations in Brunei Darussalam. 2. Contract Duration - Two (2) + One (1) years service contract. 3. Local Business Development (LBD): - The above work category falls under HIGHLY SPECIALISED quadrant of the Local Business Development Directive for Oil and Gas Industry (LBD Directives), issued by the Department of Energy at the Prime Minister-s Office. - Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd LBD requirements are in line with the LBD Directives as issued by the Department od Energy at the Prime Minister-s Office. - Target for recruitment and development of qualified Bruneian staff, including graduates will be part of Tender / Contra
