Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal Services on Pulau Muara Besar. Brief Description of Work:  Abiding by the Environment Protection and Management Order, 2016.  Contractors must be Registered with Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation, Ministry of Development.  Establishing a Sound Qhse Management System and Corresponding Emergency Response Plans.  not Receiving Hazardous Wastes beyond its Operation and License Scope.  Ensuring the Transport Personnel have Received Relevant Training on Transport of Hazardous Materials.  Ensuring the Transport Vehicles Meet the Requirements for Safe Transport of Hazardous Wastes.  not Causing Environmental Pollution during Recycling, Transport and Disposal of Hazardous Wastes.  this is a Two (02) Years Contract.  to Comply with Hengyi-S Policies and Relevant Brunei Darussalam-S Laws and Legislations.
