Quotation are invited for Provision of Hotel Accommodation, Training Room, Refreshment/Dining Room, Supply of Luncheon for Mid-Morning Break, Lunch, Hi-Tea and Dinner for Coffee with Dp 2023 1. Hotel Accommodation Deluxe Room - King Bed for 1 person with breakfast From 14 Mei 2023 to 18 Mei 2023 2. An equipped training room Provision of a fully equipped training room, inclusive of, but not limited to the following facilities: • Tables and chairs • Supplies of note pads and pencils • drinking water and mints • audio visual setting including multimedia projector and screen, 3 wireless microphones and 1 dipped microphone • high speed internet access • flipcharts • whiteboards and colored marker pen • podium and presenter table For the following events: 15 May 2023 (morning & afternoon) • Theatre seating • Attendees 55 people 16 May 2023 (morning & afternoon) • Classroom setting • electric power sockets for individual participants • Attendees 35 people 17 May 2023 (morning) • Classroom setting • electric power sockets for individual participants • Attendees 30 people 17 May 2023 (afternoon) • Classroom setting • electric power sockets for individual participants • Attendees 15 people Note: 1.
