• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Provision for Plant and Equipment Maintenance Services at Pulau Muara Besar. • Maintenance work for 5 circulating combustion fluidized bed boilers in power plant, including erection of mobile lifting platform, bedding cleaning, lining repair (Self-flowing corundum castables + steel fiber, special wear-resistant refractory castables + steel fiber and Abrasion and refractory resistant coroplast), appearance inspection and thickness measurement of water-cooled wall. • Maintenance and repair of three reactors (reactor R101, heater R102 and vaporizer R103) in flex-coking equipment, including coking cleaning inside the reactor, coking cleaning of cyclone, coking cleaning inside the washing tower lifting cylinder, coke powder cleaning at the bottom of heater and vaporizer, inspection of herringbone steam lifting baffle at the bottom of reactor and lining repair. • Inspection and maintenance of slide valve in flex-coking equipment, including valve body, rail of single-action valve, valve seat ring, valve plate, surface corrosion of sealing sleeve, scouring condition inspection, cladding welding of valve plate after flushing, polishing, function recovery, bearing of transmission part, worm wheel and gear, flexibility inspection of action for nut, function recovery, parallel inspection of valve plate T-slot and the valve stem head, inspection of electrohydraulic section of electro-hydraulic servo valve, accumulator stamping condition inspection and wear inspection of electro-hydraulic pump coupling. • Inspection and repair of compressors, steam turbines, air coolers, towers, reactors, pumps, heaters and heat exchangers. • Prefabrication, installation and heat treatment of technical improvement of pipes in each equipment area (including Nickel-based alloy pipes, composite steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and normal pipes). • The services required 62 personnel (14 bench workers, 18 pipe riveters, 15 welders, 2 riggers, 2 crane drivers, 2 trailer drivers, 2 liner pourers, 2 heat treatment workers, 3 technical engineers and 2 HSE persons). • The welders, riggers, drivers and HSE persons must be qualified with certificate. The welder certificate must cover the welding of nickel-based alloy pipes, composite steel pipes and stainless-steel pipes. The technical engineer must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management of petroleum refineries. • All materials, equipments, tools and protective gears that deem necessary for the services are provided by contractors. • To comply with Hengyi-s policies and relevant Brunei Darussalam and International Legislations.
