- Tenders are invited for Quarterly Comprehensive maintenance for Arm Barrier and other related Peripherals inclusive of Arm Barrier System . Scope of work - Preventive maintenance is carried out during the period (1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025) & Service Report will be required. 2.1. To make sure Access Card with Arm Barrier is working accordingly. 2.2. Comprehensive maintenance and necessary replacement for all the hardware parts and / or equipment inclusive wiring. 2.3. Initiative time- Immediate, Technician will involve and keep in touch with OIC (Officer In-charge) 2.4. Attending time- High Priority less than 6 hours, Normal calls less than 8 hours. 2.5. Unlimited On call / Online Services and support. 2.6. Work time for General office hours (8 AM to 5 PM)
