Description:
Quotation are invited for Standard Preventive Maintenance of 4 Units of Apc in-Row Cooling (acrd101) Every 6 Months for a Period of Two (2) Years [ from October 2023 - September 2025]. The scope of the Standard Preventive Maintenance for APC In-Row Cooling unit for every 6 Months includes: - • Cleaning evaporator fans filters, outdoor exchange unit condenser coil, re-set life cycle monitoring of fan, compressors, PSU and optimized settings including Controller hardware reset • Check refrigerants charge volume and check for leak • Check compressor & sub-assy, electronics controllers, evaporator coil & fan motors/filters • Verify and check Digital Display User Interface functionalities and electrical cabling/connectors/panel, protection devices • Check and clean drain pipe • Record and check threshold settings of complete system parameters, event logs and alarms (present and history) • Measure and record room temperature using digital thermometer around the room and server racks to locate hotpsots. • Top-up of refrigerant gas as needed Site visit is compulsory.
