• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Power Operated Front Gates at Lumut Campus, Politeknik Brunei, Negara Brunei Darussalam. A payment of BND$5.00. 1 PRELIMINARIES Notes All the tenderers are required visit the site and examine the actual scope of work to be carried out and to ascertain themselves the constraits and extent of the works involved before tendering, and shall allow there for dismantling of existing cables where necessary as directed and to the satisfaction of S.O. No claim for extras shall be entertained for lack of knowledge of site conditions. All construction, renovation and demolition works shall be carried out with full protection measures, using proper equipment for transporting materials without damaging to other existing area, all in strict accordance to S.O's approved method. Allow here any sum considered necessary to meet the requirements of Preliminaries and Terms of Quotation and for every items of cost, the tenderer is required to provide everything necessary for the proper execution of the works for which no items are provided separately in the Summary of Quotation: A Plant, tools & vehicles L.S 1,000.00 B Safety, health and welfare of work people L.S 500.00 C Allow for signboard, barricades any safety precautions tools to prevent injury to persons or damage to properties during the clearing and removal works are carried out. Supply of labour, tools, materials, supervision and all necessary equipment for the proper execution of the works such as follows: 2 SCOPE OF WORK Supply, installation and testing of power operated slainless steel sliding gates c/w electricity supply wiring, underground cable & trunking, metal framing, additional reinforced concrete post, base, (if required) durable wheels, railing & track, hacking, excavation, reinforced concrete slab/base/beam (if required) plastering, jointing, welding, painting to affected area and all necessary fittings, accesories and works to complete the works.
