• Quotation are invited for Upgrading Works for Installation of New Fire Hosereel System at Sekolah Rendah Jerudong, Brunei Muara District, Ministry of Education. Negara Brunei Darussalam Allow the cost considered necessary to meet the requirements or preliminaries which contractors deem necessary for the proper execution of the works for which no items are provided separately in the Bill of Quantities. Health and Safety requirement according to occupational and safety specification. Prior to commencement of works: The contractor is compulsory to submit his/her complete proposal drawings of Architectural and Structural Drawings, shop drawings and as built drawings c/w line diagram according to requirement. The drawing shall be drawn by Qualified Person (QP) registered to MOD, in Autocad software, in scale and printed in A3 paper size. Note: Drawings shall include as follows: Design of covered pump house - Item III Design of existing fire hosereel system with panel tank, control panel, firehosereel pump, plumbing works, fire hosereel equipment as per Bomba requirement - Item IV ELECTRICAL WORKS Wiring Water Pump point using 3x2.5mm2 PVC cable in casing c/w 20A Dp Switch. Take from the nearest Distribution Board c/w modification and additional distribution board component and other accessories works including labeling as instructed by S.O PUMP HOUSE Design and construct new covered pump house which consist of Approx. size of pump house = 2900mm (L) x 1800mm (W) x 2500mm (H) Backfilling with imported soil to the required level approx. 600mm H including compaction and hardcore necessary Concrete slab approx. 100mm complete with reinforcement c/w formwork etc Wall consist of: Plastered brickwall approx. 1m H to both sides and ventilated brickwall to front and back side c/w painting; wire mesh with framing from brickwall height up to roof level, including apron, drainage and necessary works M.S. grille single leaf swing door/ aluminium louvers leaf swing door w/ hinges and lockset painted with anti corrosive paint Single pitch roof system approx. size 2200mm wide x 2500mm (H) average which consist of G.l post with mass concrete footing; C-channel roof purlin including 0.53mm thick kliplok roofing sheet complete with painting accessories and fitting, etc. FIRE HOSEREEL SYSTEM Design, supply, install, testing, commissioning and maintenance within DLP period fire hosereel system with panel tank, control panel, fire hosereel pump, plumbing works, existing fire hosereel equipment to all 3 floors school building and surrounding building i.e Multipurpose hall and etc, where necessary as per BOMBA requirement which consist of:- Concrete slab approx. 100mm complete with reinforcement c/w formwork etc Reinforced concrete bench with steel I-beam connected to a slab for fire hosereel tank Hosereel pump control panel c/w power armour cables on tray, control wirings in conduits, brackets, connection to nearest source and all necessary accessories and works required for a complete installation.
